vacation cut a wee bit short!

January 28, 2009babies

I've been on vacation this entire month...and part of December as I do every year now...but I cut it a bit short because I had to book some lovely babies recently! (I have a soft spot for babies...you have to capture them at that time because it is so fleeting!)

So I am now back in the office.... here are some cute babies I recently had...

I will be out of the office 2/11 - 2/20. I will be in Phoniex and Las Vegas. I have quite a few newborns that are scheduled to be born around that time...so no worries...just email me when the big day happens. I will be checking email or call during that time frame.

I also have my new website being built! Im SUPER excited about it as this is a project that has been long overdue.. so be on the look out for that!

For my WPPI photog's... be sure to come down to the Prints My Way booth...located at the Buckeye Color booth, as I will be there a few times each day at the tradeshow!

Until Next Time,

~A

*~*~* PUBLISHED...AGAIN!*~*~*

January 20, 2009Press/Commercial Print work

Im SO happy to be one of the features in this months Rangerfinder's magazine.

Its one thing to see your work commercially in stores, catalogs...etc.... but it is a completely different feeling to me to have your work published in one of the top magazines geared towards professional photographers....and recognized by the industry. Just a completely different feeling....

Just as it was to receive the cover of Professional Photographer magazine, it is always a huge, huge honor to be recognized in the industry. When they have literally thousands, and thousands of photographers to write about each month, it is a humbling experience to be one of those that they choose to feature.

For those who do not subscribe to RangeFinder, they have the article online....

Hello!!

January 15, 2009workshops

Hi Everyone!

Hoped everyone survived the Holidays, and they are enjoying the New Year. We survived...but today is a snow day in the Woulard Household ( below zero temps here..)..so it is a bit... well LOUD here!

Im still on vacation, but I did have a few sessions recently that I booked before I had my vacation dates. We wil be back in full swing in February. A couple of new things I wanted to put out there...

Chicago Clients..

- We will be having mini sessions (yes.. for real this time..) for 1-3 children in mid - February, and March. I will be posting more of that information in the next few days...

Photographers...

- I have continue to receive requests about upcoming workshops in 2009. I still don't have any dates on the books for those...and at this point, I am not sure if they will even happen. It really depends on how much time I have. Because of the following I have in Australia, South Africa ( still amazed at that one...), Malaysia..and other countries that blow my mind, I decided to do consulting....online for a few weeks. Because of the kind emails I have received over the months from my out of the country visitors who say they could never travel here for a workshop.. this is for you! I will be posting more in the next few days, but if you would like to be the first informed.. please email me at audrey's email with your contact information (meaning.. name, address, ph# and email addy..) This opportunity is not available to Chicago residents.

***********************MENTORING IS CLOSED! THERE IS NO WAITING LIST. THANKS TO ALL WHO INQUIRED!!!*****************************************

edited - ok.. within the last hour.. my inbox has flooded with online consulting requests... THANK YOU for your interest! I will put together the information in the next 24hrs, and email it out with all the *complete* and detailed information. I will also update the blog with the information just in case I decide to take a waiting list.

,New update -6pm CST...the emails continue to come in..Thank you! (especially all the way from Sweden, France, and Japan!) I am still collecting names, and will send out the information in the morning. Either myself, or Misty my assistant will send you a confirmation email to let you know we received your message. If you don't receive that confirmation..please email again! Thx!

- I have also had some photog's ask if I would ever do one on one workshops. This is something I will offer for a very limited time this year. This is where a studio can come down to my studio and we can tailor the workshop the way YOU want..and it will be just you and I. We can set it up where we go over business, workflow, your brand, and you can watch me on a cold call session (no models...a REAL session where I meet the client for the first time..), and anything else you want. More details to follow regarding that as well. This opportunity is not available to Chicago residents.

*******************************************THIS OPPORTUNITY IS CLOSED*******************************************************

Ok.. thats all for now. I will post later today some super cute babies I photographed right before I left on vacation, and one I photographed when just came back last week...as well as a 2008 rewind that I didn't get to share on the blog.

Until Next Time..
