Love my repeats!!!!!

There is no secret... I love watching my clients grow. THE #1 highlight in my career is NOT photographing high profiled actor/actress celeb clients, or photographing well known advertising campaigns... Its photographing families as they grow....
I have photographed both of these kids since they were newborns. Sometimes I feel like I start a LOT of my blog posts off with those same words!!!
On a side note....
Im am currently booking for January and February. In the past, I have always closed during the months of December and February. With 2011, I had a lot of calls from my repeats that are due in January.... so I will be closed from 12/20 -1/8/2011.
For photographers... I have received a large number of emails regarding my speaking schedule at the major photography conferences in 2011. Next year, I will not be speaking at Imagining, or WPPI in February due to the fact that I have commercial assignments booked during that timefram. So make sure everyone has enough fun for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been photographing this family throughout 2009 and 2011. I was so happy to hear they were expecting again!

| With newborn sessions, I have always been a fan of props and the like that I see a lot of other photographers master. As much as I love it, I found that I could never do it for myself. I have always been a fan of finding *something* in the clients home that worked. For me, I have found when you do that...the images seem more personal for them. Sometimes it takes me a minute (I think I paced around this clients home for at least 20 min...), but eventually I find *something*. Im just thankful big sis didn't care that I took her toy! You know toddlers can be possessive! |

I think I could photograph these kids all day. There were so many good ones of them, but I am not sure what will make the Holiday Card...so I have to show some restraint on the blog.
The funny thing is that the boy... "P" told me... "Miss Audrey.. you HAVE to put me on the blog..."
Kids... They know what they want don't they!?
