Hello all!
There are still 5 spots left in the May 2012 workshop taking place on the 19th and 20th. Originally Chicago was hosting that huge G-Summit meeting, and hotel prices skyrocketed! I always make it a point to check the happenings in Chicago before I announce dates, and all was clear...and it was for a while, until they announced that meeting. :(
Well now the G-Summit meeting has been cancelled, and the prices are starting to come down. I wanted to list a few hotels here that I found that came down in price for anyone that is interested...

Should you want to stay near O'Hare airport... that is about 20 minutes away from Downtown, but it is a VERY easy cab ride in. A straight shot...and cabs are all waiting at the hotel if need be. Or.. if I need to arrange for transportation for those who choose to stay in the O'hare area due to the hotel costs.. I can totally look into that as well!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a new blog to feed my need for randomness...

This blogsite is from my FAVORITE web designers Intothedarkroom. www.intothedarkroom.com can not sing their praises enough. They also designed my main website at www.alwphotography.com
There are sooooo many times when I want to share silly things that are a bit out of the norm of what I normally post. (of course...there will be a few normal things too! ;-) ) But this will be moreso a blog/website(!?) where I can just share things that inspire me...and hopefully inspire you too. I will share behind the scenes images, crazy captures, products I am loving (because people tell me about sooooo many new things), words of inspiration, even some tutorials.... and probably much more as I think of it.
Will I be keeping and updating my regular blog? Yes. That will be mostly new session pictures, and other business like things. Its all still a work in progress, but in order to hold myself accountable, I have to announce it publically! LOL!
Because alwinspire is an informal blog...I will update it every other day...or even every day! :-)
