Natural light workshop! For Illinois residents! Yes... you read that right!

Since I've put out my book, I have received a lot of response from my fellow Chicago residents about workshops. With workshops... I only teach them to residents who live outside of Illinois due to the business talk that takes place. Many Illinois residents asked me to teach a workshop that covered just technique.
So Lets Do It!!!
July 15th.... 9am - 6pm Natural Light Workshop at my studio. $550/ per person.
Models provided.
Full catered lunch provided.
Full color workbook covering what you learned provided.
We will cover....
- mastering indoor and outdoor natural light.
-shooting with wide apertures with single subjects, and groups.
- shooting in full sun (weather permitting)
- white balance
- capturing emotion in your images.
- working in low light situations, and how to master them without aid of flash
-editing/post processing. I will go over my editing from start to finish with the images captured at the workshop.
Also... I should note... this workshop ISN'T just for Chicago people. So if your out of state.. you're welcome to come to this workshop! :)

So I forgot to post this session here! I went to the park right next to my new studio and it was a BLAST! Words can NOT describe how crowded this park was. I kid you not...... there had to be at least 50+ people there. From kids...to toddlers...to babies...to dogs! Not to mention the stroller situation. The biggest challenge was trying not to get all of the *action* in the background....but I love a challenge.
We (the mom and I) almost decided against going in the park, but once *Z* saw it....there was no turning back. She HAD to go! Now that I've been in there, I love it. Im just happy it is literally kiddy corner to the studio. |

Welp... A new blog is coming!
What will happen to this blog? Nothing. It will stay in place.
Will you post to it? Not sure!
Why not just take this blog down and replace it with a new one? The thought of getting rid of it messes with my head.... I would rather start over with a new one. Yes.. crazy.. I know.
