Fun in the heat...

We are definitely going through a heatwave here in Chicago! Its been between 95 - 100 degrees...just craziness! I've been photographing both of these kids every year since they were just 2 weeks old. I searched on my computer here to see if I had any web ready images of their past sessions, but I don't. :( I posted the little guy back in October in a Radio Flyer wagon.. (loved that image!), and his sister is on my website....being held by her shirtless Dad. (Many remember that one!)

Anyways... we had fun out at the home in the Northshore on a HOT, HOT, HOT day!

Well at the end of the session...after we were all sweating bullets... (and after I decide to head the family to the beach at 1pm, when the sun is at its highest!), our little 2 year had better ideas on how to keep cool! (yes.. it was a private beach...)

Lily--my alone time...

Many will recognize this little girl. I've been photographing her since she was 12 months old. She helps me out a LOT at workshops...and since I am teaching, I don't really get a lot of one on one time with her. I was SOOO happy when her mom contacted me for her own session. I finally had some long overdue "alone time" with my Lily!
